SAN DIEGO PRIDE Executive Director Search Stakeholder Survey

Blair Search Partners has been retained by San Diego Pride to lead a national search for the organization’s next Executive Director. Community and stakeholder engagement is a critical part of this process and will help shape key components such as the leadership profile and evaluation criteria. We have developed this anonymous survey of 5 core questions around which we would appreciate your feedback and suggestions. Responses will be visible to stakeholders including the search firm, the Executive Search Committee, and some staff members.
